Quitting has always been a sensitive subject. We’ve all heard the famous phrase before “Winners never quit”. This isn’t necessarily true.

If you have made the decision to live a healthier life, chances are you’ve had to do some quitting. The transition is vital if you want to make significant progress and avoid the frustration of not seeing decent results. It is time to start seeing quitting as a positive step towards becoming a better version of yourself.

Here is the point when you need to start quitting successfully. Quit the wrong stuff, stick with what will help you achieve your goals.

A few things I recommend you quit as soon as possible.

  • Sugar
  • Processed Foods
  • Low-fat foods
  • Alcohol (At least for the two months)
  • Late nights (yes, these include binge partying)
  • Fast foods
  • High carb meals


Getting rid of these habits will help you focus on your goal. It is very hard to maintain your current lifestyle and create a new one at the same time. One has to die, it is your choice which lifestyle you choose to quit.
